Six stages to Rugby

The aim of this section is to illustrate and explain the skills and techniques that are required to introduce the Game of Rugby to young players.

The information is organised into a six stage programme. It should be noted that these are six stages and not six lessons. Teachers and coaches should not feel compelled to complete all of the activities from each stage within one lesson or session.
