Introduction to coaching

The information contained in this module aims to provide coaches with the basic knowledge regarding the two different styles of coaching and how the coaching process can be broken down into four key ‘how’ to coach skills.

Begin by choosing a section on the left. When you've finished reading all of the sections within the module, there is an exam to complete, which can be accessed by clicking on the 'Questions' tab. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will be able to download an awareness certificate.
